P.DAS Engineering & Construction in Assam is seeking a Civil Engineering leader to manage project planning, site execution, and coordination with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee resources, budgets, quality and safety, drive timely handovers, and ensure projects meet scope and schedule with opportunities for long-term career growth. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and substantial field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, project planning, and construction management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
