Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a seasoned Cafeteria Operations Manager to lead end-to-end food service across multiple sites in Gurugram. You will drive service excellence, ensure food quality and hygiene, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

You will coordinate with Workplace, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless dining experiences, optimize budgets, and lead promotional activities while ensuring compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in hotel/food service management or related field is required.
• Certification in Food Safety, HACCP, FSSAI, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in large-scale corporate cafeterias, food courts, or institutional catering.
• Strong vendor management and contract governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cafeteria and food service operations across assigned sites.

• Conduct regular audits of cafeteria operations and food safety standards.

• Review cafeteria sales, consumption trends, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, health & safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate with Workplace, Procurement, HR, and Business stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Drive corrective action plans from audits and leadership feedback.
• Support cafeteria transformation initiatives and technology-enabled ordering solutions.
• Prepare operational reviews, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Manage manpower deployment and infrastructure for new sites.

• Drive corrective action plans arising from audits, leadership feedback, and customer concerns.
• Support cafeteria transformation initiatives, technology-enabled ordering solutions, and process improvements.
• Prepare operational reviews, dashboards, business updates, and leadership presentations.
• Manage manpower deployment, infrastructure requirements, and operational readiness for new sites or expansions.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• Certification in Food Safety, HACCP, FSSAI, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Food & Beverage operations background with experience in large-scale corporate cafeterias, food courts, or institutional catering.
• Expertise in vendor management and contract governance.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience in managing cafeteria budgets, sales performance, and commercial discussions.
• Ability to analyse consumption trends, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
