Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper upkeep of the entire layout, including daily operations, roads cleaning, labour coordination, ledger maintenance, statements and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
• Clubhouse and Entrance Building Maintenance – oversee water supply systems, housekeeping activities, and general facility management to ensure smooth functioning.
• Guest Experience Management – attend to prospective buyers and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience during site visits. Provide necessary information and support to enhance overall impression.
• Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance – monitor and maintain landscaping works, gardens, and irrigation systems to ensure greenery, cleanliness, and proper functioning of sprinklers and drip lines.
• Swimming Pool Maintenance – supervise cleaning, chemical treatment, filtration systems, and general upkeep to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Maintenance – ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of the STP, monitoring treated water quality and coordinating with technical staff.
• Oversee upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of playgrounds and outdoor recreational areas within the layout.
