Job summary

You will also steer performance management, calibration discussions, and coaching for managers, while championing employee engagement, culture initiatives, and wellness activities with data-driven HR analytics support.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR/OD or related discipline.
• Certification in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Talent Management preferred.
• Experience in HR leadership roles is advantageous.

Site HR & Admin Head Responsibilities

• Learning & Development
  • Identify organizational training and development needs through assessments and stakeholder discussions.
  • Design and implement learning interventions, technical training, leadership development programs, and behavioral competency programs.
  • Manage annual training calendars and training budgets.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement metrics.
• Talent Management
  • Support talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop talent identification and high-potential employee programs.
  • Implement career development frameworks and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Performance Management
  • Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Facilitate performance calibration discussions.
  • Support managers in performance coaching and development planning.
• Leadership Development
  • Design and execute leadership capability-building programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify future leadership requirements.
  • Track leadership pipeline readiness and development progress.
