Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Bengaluru invites an experienced maintenance and operations lead to oversee ASRS, RGV, Lifters, and Conveyor systems across PAN India. You will manage a 56-person team, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate with OEM standards.

The role requires strong PLC/Drive/HMI troubleshooting, Siemens TIA Portal knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with customers and internal teams. Willingness to relocate nationwide and fluency in Hindi/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in automated conveyor systems and maintenance.
• Experience leading large technical teams and coordinating with OEM standards.
• Strong problem-solving and RCA/why-why reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 56 technicians for safe operation, fault troubleshooting, and maintenance of ASRS, RGV, Lifters, and Conveyor systems.
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual O&M services, including on-call and on-site support.
• Develop and manage the annual O&M service schedule and ensure timely completion of all planned activities.
• Serve as primary liaison for customer coordination, internal reporting, and spare parts planning with the Bastian Reporting Manager and Spare Parts Division.
• Provide temporary site coverage for O&M Controls Engineers across PAN India locations, if required.
• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems, including PLCs, Drives, HMIs, and automation software (Siemens TIA Portal preferred).
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to resolve major breakdowns and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain O&M documentation, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Why-Why reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure full compliance with site-level administrative and statutory requirements.
• Manage site team operations including training, timesheet tracking, expense reports, and leave management.

Experience

Key Responsibilities
