Job summary

Samuthra Industrial Park India is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Chennai site. You will ensure work adheres to drawings, specs, and project plans while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires meticulous attention to quality, measurements, and progress reporting, with a focus on safety, PPE usage, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Check measurements, levels, dimensions, and site progress.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other departments.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Minimize material wastage and maintain proper site housekeeping.
