Job summary

Key tasks include monitoring RCC works, overseeing finishing trades, reading structural drawings, coordinating with supervisors and vendors, and maintaining daily progress reports and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in residential projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
• Ability to understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with site quality checks and safety norms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
• Oversee finishing works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors on site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material usage, and manpower details.
