Job summary

360 Interior Designs in Delhi is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee execution on projects, ensuring drawings are followed and finish schedules adhered to. The role involves interpreting GFC drawings, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will manage measurements, material stock, and progress reporting while working with civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and specialist agencies to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Ability to measure quantities and support bill certification.
• Strong coordination with civil, carpentry, electrical and MEP trades.
• Knowledge of site quality checks and safety practices.
• Familiar with MS Excel and Word for reports and sheets.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Execution Supervision supervise day-to-day site work and ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and finish schedules.

Drawing Interpretation read and apply GFC drawings, working details, ceiling and flooring layouts, and raise RFIs to the design team for site queries.

Quality Control inspect workmanship and materials at each stage, reject substandard work, and maintain quality checklists.

Measurement & Billing record joint measurements, verify contractor and vendor quantities against the BOQ, and support certification of running bills.

Material Management — raise site material requirements, inspect incoming material against specification, and maintain site stock and consumption records.

Contractor Coordination — coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and specialist agencies to keep the sequence and schedule on track.

Progress Reporting — prepare daily progress reports with photographs, track work against the project schedule, and escape delays early.

Client & Landlord Coordination — support site meetings with the client, PMC and mall or landlord authorities, and comply with fit-out norms, work permits and gate passes.

Safety & Housekeeping — enforce site safety practices, PPE usage and housekeeping standards at all times.

Snagging & Handover — prepare and close snag lists, and compile handover documentation including as-built drawings, warranties and completion certificates.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential — AutoCAD (drawing reading and basic markups), MS Excel and MS Word for measurement sheets and reports.

Preferred — MS Project or Primavera for scheduling, SketchUp, and familiarity with site documentation or project tracking apps.

Working Knowledge — understanding of interior materials, joinery, false ceiling systems, flooring, painting and basic MEP coordination.
