Job summary

Marvel Glass is seeking a Site Project Manager to supervise daily site activities, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and report progress regularly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to read site drawings.

Role & responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Management: Oversee daily site activities, delegate tasks, and adjust schedules for each site to meet deadlines.
• Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, provide technical advice, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct quality checks, enforce safety regulations (HSE), conduct risk assessments, and ensure high standards.
• Coordination & Liaison: Work with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that site work is executed without any setbacks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare site reports, manage project documentation, and report progress to management on bi-weekly basis.
• Resource Management: Plan material needs, manage human resources for installation and ensure efficient resource use.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read site drawings, understanding of building codes, strong analytical skills.
