360 Interior Designs in Delhi is seeking a design-oriented assistant to support concept development, drawings, 3D visualization, and on-site coordination with clients and suppliers.
The role covers material research, presentation preparation, and collaboration with the project team to ensure designs meet client briefs and brand guidelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office is essential; additional tools like Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop and InDesign are preferred.
Concept & Design Development assist senior architects in developing space plans, layouts, mood boards and design concepts in line with the client brief and brand guidelines.
Drawings & Documentation prepare and revise 2D drawings in AutoCAD floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts and detailed working drawings.
3D Visualisation — build 3D models and assist with renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
Material & Finish Research — research materials, finishes, fixtures and vendor options; maintain the studio sample and material library.
Presentations — prepare design presentation decks, boards and client-facing documents.
Estimation Support — assist the estimation team with quantity take-offs and BOQ inputs from drawings.
Site Coordination — accompany the team on site visits, take measurements, record site conditions, and check execution against approved drawings.
Inter-Team Coordination — coordinate with MEP consultants, the Evora production unit and the project execution team to resolve design and detailing queries.
Standards & Compliance — follow studio drawing standards, revision control and applicable building and mall/landlord fit-out norms.
Essential — AutoCAD (2D drafting and detailing), SketchUp, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred — Revit, 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Lumion or Enscape, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Working Knowledge — basic understanding of materials, finishes, joinery detailing and construction methods.
