The role requires strong knowledge of BAR/PERT charts, project scheduling, rate analysis, RA bills, material inspection, quality control, and finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, and flooring, with proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of residential building experience.
• Experience with BOQ and RA bills/measurements.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and AutoCAD.
