Job summary

Covaicareers.com is seeking a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, office interior works, plumbing and electrical coordination. You will manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality and timely completion, and coordinate with clients and vendors to keep projects on track.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant site experience, be willing to travel to project sites, and possess AutoCAD proficiency. Hindi is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works (masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, finishing).
• Prepare, read, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and specs.
• Manage office interior works and modular furniture installation (workstations, partitions, storage, reception areas).
• Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, quality and progress to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material requirements, work measurements and progress updates.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
• Ensure finishing, safety, housekeeping, snag rectification and project handover per requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works, including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing activities.

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, material requirements, work measurements, and progress updates.


• Identify site-related issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution to minimize delays and rework.


• Ensure proper finishing, safety, housekeeping, snag rectification, quality control, and project handover in accordance with project requirements.
