Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• 4–15 years of experience in luxury villa or residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, finishing, and interior execution works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities.
• Execute works as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, roofing, and external development works.
• Ensure high-quality execution of premium villa finishes.
• Supervise interior works including: false ceiling, modular kitchen, wardrobes, wooden flooring, wall cladding, wall panelling, tile and stone installation, painting and decorative finishes, doors/windows and hardware installation.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works with interior activities.
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and work schedules.
• Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work quantities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues at site and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure project completion within schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
