Job summary

JRM Construction is hiring Civil Site Engineers to manage on-site execution for premium projects across Chennai. Freshers will work under experienced engineers, with a clear growth path; experienced candidates can take on independent site responsibility.

Responsibilities include daily site execution, measurements, DPR, BOQ verification, and coordination with labor and subcontractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred, along with knowledge of BOQ and quantity surveying.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of site execution experience (Freshers welcome)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Working knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and site execution
• Strong coordination and on-site problem-solving skills
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Execute daily site work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Take site measurements and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimation, and material requirements
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material flow on site
• Conduct quality checks on workmanship and incoming materials
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD
• Report progress and requirements to the Project Incharge / Manager
• Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance
