Job summary

Edcon Real Estate Developers seeks a competent Civil Site Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to supervise day-to-day site activities at the Goa project site.

You will coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure civil works follow approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check measurements, quantities and material requirements at the site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and work documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards and compliance with site safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Assist in planning work schedules and monitoring project timelines.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimise wastage.
