Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer/Project Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.Verify measurements and maintain records of work completed.
• Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.Report project issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.1–3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
