Job summary

Lunavista Realty is seeking a Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years of construction supervision experience to lead on-site activities in Hyderabad. The role requires presence on site full-time to supervise execution, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards.

The candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, review drawings, monitor progress, and maintain detailed site records to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality checks, and execution methods.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and manage day-to-day site activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction work and ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect the quality of materials delivered to and used at the site, ensuring they meet approved standards.
• Check workmanship at every stage and promptly report defects, deviations, or substandard materials.
• Meet and coordinate with architects to understand their drawings and requirements, obtain clarifications, and ensure these are correctly implemented on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other vendors regarding work requirements, material deliveries, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain daily records of site progress, material inspections, and issues requiring attention.
• Monitor site safety and housekeeping.
