Qualifications

• BE Civil with at least 10 years of site engineering experience in residential/commercial mid/high-rise projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of RCC/finishing works and material suppliers essential.
• Able to plan, schedule and supervise layout development with timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for site management, inspection & execution, especially from the aspect of quality and progress.
• Communication and coordination of all agencies, architects, structural designer and contractors.
• Understanding & interpretation of drawings.
• Leading conception, planning and estimation of layout development works, mid/high rise buildings and townships projects.
• Use of value added materials and cost control, resulting in economy.
• Checking of the bills of all contractors and suppliers, with actual verification of works executed on site, finalization of contracts.
• Managing all kinds of work in coordination with the Head Office and putting up manpower & resource requirements.
• Lead and guide a team of motivated and experienced engineers/supervisors.

2. Computer literate. Having basic knowledge of MS Excel/AutoCAD is necessary.
3. Civil engineering products and suppliers knowledge essential
4. Thorough technical knowledge of R.C.C./finishing works for mid/high-rise buildings.
5. Knowledge of planning & sequence of work execution in scheduled time.
