Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant site experience (PEB/industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and safety protocols.
• Excellent reporting, communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel outside of Nagpur as project needs demand.

• Review work schedules and delegate site tasks.
• Conduct preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.
• Gather data and write site reports and necessary documentation.
• Determine project feasibility and provide approvals.
• Develop construction budget estimates and track site costs.
• Provide technical advice, diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and give feedback to ensure high workmanship standards.
