Job summary

Northline Constructions Llp is seeking a site supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to keep progress on schedule.

You will maintain site records, prepare daily progress reports, conduct inspections, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and measurement sheets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate material requirements, manpower, equipment, and other site resources.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Verify measurements of completed works for billing and quantity calculations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimates, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
• Monitor concrete, pavement, earthwork, drainage, and other civil construction activities as applicable.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain site documentation and records.
• Report project progress, quality issues, delays, and site requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
