Job summary

Auryx Industry Pvt Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires coordinating with contractors, labor teams, and architects to maintain schedules and safety on site.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of hands-on site experience, strong drawing interpretation, and excellent communication skills to manage day-to-day site operations from foundation to handover.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 1-5 years of hands-on site experience in residential, commercial, or government construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, quantity estimation, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time, coordinating directly with contractors and labor.
• Detail-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills under real site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to keep work on schedule.
• Conduct quality checks at each construction stage and flag issues before they become costly.
• Track material usage and verify quantities against site requirements to prevent wastage or shortage.
• Maintain site records — progress reports, daily logs, material consumption, and safety documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times.
• Liaise with the architect and project manager on design clarifications and any on-site deviations.
• Support quality and timeline coordination across the project from foundation through handover.
