• Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil, structural, and architectural drawings
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with concrete, masonry, finishes, and MEP interface coordination

• Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously and maintain timelines
