Job summary

HRPRO Consulting is seeking a Site Civil Interior Supervisor in Bengaluru to coordinate labour teams and oversee daily site activities. You will ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules, manage material delivery, and maintain safety and quality on site.

The role requires 1–3 years of residential interior supervision experience, reading drawings, and strong coordination with multiple trades. Willingness to travel across Bengaluru sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel Bengaluru project sites.
• Ability to read drawings and take measurements.
• Experience in residential interior site supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour teams and manage daily site activities.
• Execute work per drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
• Monitor progress, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely material delivery.
• Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper material storage.
• Coordinate modular furniture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing works.
• Escalate issues promptly and communicate with clients via updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour teams and manage daily site activities.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely material delivery.
• Verify materials against order lists and report discrepancies within 2 days.
• Ensure proper material storage, handling and safety.
• Share daily progress reports with the concerned teams.
• Update customers regularly through WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate site issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
• Prevent damage to existing floors, walls and structures.
• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.
• Supervise daily site activities, workers and contractors.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, measurements and schedules.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and modular furniture works.
• Monitor workmanship, finishes and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain material records.
• Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness and protection of client property.
• Manage snag rectification and support final project handover.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in residential interior site supervision experience.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and interior finishes.
• Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Strong site coordination and team management skills.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Kannada and Hindi preferred; working English required.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru project sites.
