Job summary

Deltafour® is seeking a hands-on Deployment Engineer to implement its Connected Safety Intelligence Platform at customer sites across India. This field role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with the Deployment Lead, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

You will perform site visits, data collection, on-site user training, and go-live support while maintaining deployment trackers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in a deployment/field role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/process industries and industrial safety.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and basic documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer plants and support on-ground deployment activities.
• Understand customer processes and collect information for configuration.
• Support configuration of workflows, forms, users, assets and system requirements.
• Collect and validate asset, equipment and isolation-point information.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, Maintenance and IT teams during implementation.
• Support UAT, testing and system validation.
• Conduct user training for EHS teams, supervisors and shopfloor users.
• Identify and report product/configuration issues to internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Support post-go-live adoption and user onboarding.
• Maintain deployment trackers, checklists and customer documentation.
• Work with Deployment Lead and leadership to ensure smooth execution.

Deltafour® is a technology company introducing tech-enabled engineering controls to the industrial shop floor.

We introduced the world's first Smart LOTO solution for process industries, transforming how shopfloor teams perform Lockout/Tagout from conventional manual processes to a digital, connected and intelligent system.

Today, Deltafour® is building a Connected Safety Intelligence Platform for large manufacturing and process industries, with 170+ plants, 35+ sites and 60,000+ active users already using the platform.

We are looking for a hands-on Deployment Engineer who enjoys travelling, working at industrial sites, learning new things and solving problems on the ground.

This is a field execution role, where you will work as part of the deployment team to implement Deltafour®'s technology at customer sites and ensure users are able to successfully adopt the platform.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Deployment Lead, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to execute deployments at customer plants.

Your role will involve site visits, asset data collection, on site user training and go-live support.

You will be on the ground with customers, understanding how their plant operates and helping translate their existing processes into Deltafour®'s digital platform.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/process industries.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, processes or engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of LOTO, PTW, EHS or industrial safety is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and basic documentation tools.

Language Requirements

Hindi: Mandatory

English: Mandatory, good spoken communication required

Regional languages are an advantage.
