Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in DevOps, SecOps, or SRE roles
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Argos, GitLab CI, CircleCI
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability remediation
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Proficient in English and able to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly skilled Dev Sec Ops Software Engineer candidate, who will be responsible for packaging, deployment, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and enhancing the developer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our software systems.

Role: Dev Sec Ops Software Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Years of experience: 5+ Years

Shift: 4:30 am to 11:30 am / 11:30 am to 7:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software packaging and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide support and guidance to developers on best practices for secure and efficient coding.
• Incorporate test automation into pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, infrastructure, and application performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Build assets and maintain a developer portal.
• Maintain/Manage software packages and base images in the respective registries.
• Advise developers on how to use pipelines for software deployments.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Open Telemetry, Cloud Native Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
