Job summary

Alpine Executive Search Mumbai is seeking a technically adept professional to deploy Industry 4.0 solutions at manufacturing sites in Pune. You will work closely with customers to enable technology adoption and data-driven insights.

In this role you will collaborate with Process Engineering, IT/OT and Automation teams, support PLC, network and cloud connectivity, and drive successful on-site deployments while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required.
• 1+ year of factory-floor experience in Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Dairy, Brewing, Pharmaceuticals or similar manufacturing industries.
• Experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0 or IT/OT.
• Knowledge of sensors, industrial systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze sensor/time-series data and derive insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing startup environment.

Responsibilities
