Your role

Do you want to work with a highly motivated international team in an exciting, rewarding, and dynamic environment? We are looking for a passionate and committed Lead Software Engineer.

As a Lead Software Engineer, your mission is to deliver comprehensive, customized solutions to our internal and external stakeholders catering to a broad range of requirements. With every new project you will get the unique experience of customer interaction during the end-to-end application development lifecycle.

You will

• participate in and contribute to every stage of the project, starting from interacting with internal customers and stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and proposing solutions that best meet their expectations


• be part of the local team working from the Atlas Copco, Pune office, while also having the opportunity to contribute to Global Projects delivery.


• serve as a key member of a highly motivated Application Development team, leading the Microsoft Technology stack and enabling team members to achieve “first time right” application delivery

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge, Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent


• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of any frontend framework React/Angular


• Strong working knowledge of backend technologies C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net Web API


• Experience with product development for the Microsoft Azure platform


• Experience in working with AI tools like Github CoPilot, Claude, etc.


• Django experience is a nice to have


• An eye for detail/CSS wizard, experience with CSS frameworks


• Linux experience is a plus


• Good understanding on OOPS, SOLID principals, Development practices, MicroServices


• Good understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD


• Experience with development of client and server-side applications


• Excellent English communication skills (written, oral), with good listening capabilities


• Exceptionally good Excellent technical analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills


• Has a reasonable balance between getting the job done vs technical debt


• Enjoys producing top quality code in a fast-moving environment


• Effective team player working in a team; willingness to put the needs of the team over their own

• Knowledge of different manufacturing processes in a product company center of an industrial company.


• Understanding and experience with software development processes including defining business requirements, defining technical specifications, development procedures, testing procedures, change management, and implementation.


• Understanding and experience with software support processes.


• Experience in agile project management.


• Experience in working in a large international company.
