Job summary

Ilios Power is seeking experienced Site Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) to execute large-scale Ground Mounted Solar EPC projects. You will manage end-to-end civil and mechanical works, including foundations, mounting structures, module installation, and safety compliance, coordinating with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on utility-scale solar project experience, willingness to relocate to remote project sites, and a track record of site

Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects is required.
• End-to-end execution of civil and mechanical works including foundations, mounting structures, and installation.
• Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC and Commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works: foundations, inverter room, control room, substation, roads, drainage.
• Supervise MMS installation, tracker/fixed tilt structures, module fixing, cable trays and related mechanical works.
• Execute work per IFC/GFC drawings, BOQs, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, Planning and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor contractors, manpower, materials, equipment and daily progress.
• Prepare DPRs, WIRs, MIRs, NCR closure reports, as-built drawings and project documents.
• Support pre-commissioning, testing and final handover.

Job Summary

Ilios Power is looking for experienced Site Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) to execute large-scale Ground Mounted Solar EPC Projects. The role involves end-to-end execution of civil and mechanical works, including foundations, mounting structures, module installation, quality control, contractor management, safety compliance, and commissioning support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in utility-scale solar projects and coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works including pile/pedestal foundations, inverter room, SCB, control room, substation, roads and drainage.
• Supervise Module Mounting Structure (MMS), tracker/fixed tilt structure installation, PV module fixing, cable tray supports and related mechanical works.
• Execute work as per IFC/GFC drawings, BOQs and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, Planning and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor contractors, manpower, materials, equipment and daily progress.
• Prepare DPRs, WIRs, MIRs, NCR closure reports, as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Support pull-out tests, torque testing, inspections and punch point clearance.
• Ensure HSE compliance, toolbox talks and PPE adherence.
• Support pre-commissioning, testing and final project handover.

• Experience in Utility Scale Ground Mounted Solar Projects
• Willingness to relocate and work at remote project sites

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling 25 MW-150 MW solar projects for a minimum of 3 years.
