You will be responsible for supervising installation work, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Strong knowledge of solar plant electrical systems is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in solar project execution, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, SLDs, and electrical layouts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation work at solar project sites.
• Execute HT/LT cable laying, termination, and panel installation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress as per project timeline and quality standards.
• Handle testing and commissioning of solar systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues during project execution.
