Lenskart store team in Gujarat seeks a proactive customer service professional to assist customers through the shopping journey, share product features, and ensure service quality. The role includes inventory checks, daily replenishment, and maintaining store standards.

The candidate will engage with customers, handle sales queries, and contribute to timely product delivery and feedback collection. This position supports a busy retail environment with emphasis on trust and loyalty building.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers.
• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits with customers.
• Explain services and build trust and loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries before and after sale.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Collect customer feedback on services and products.
• Perform daily quick counts of all PIDs in store.
• Receive bulk shipments, count physically, and log in the system daily.
• Replenish stock daily to fill display gaps.
• Identify damaged inventory and place in designated area.
• Handle daily handover/receipts from VRX using the HOP app.
• Highlight inventory mismatches to the Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Update SOP files daily.
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales.

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
