Job summary

Lenskart in Indore is seeking a customer-focused store associate to excel in customer service, inventory control, and daily store operations. You will greet customers, guide them through the shopping journey, and share product benefits while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, stock replenishment, handling shipments, maintaining cleanliness, and updating SOPs.

Qualifications

• Sharing product features & benefit with customers
• Explaining services, building trust & loyalty
• Resolving customers queries pre & post sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product
• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment, physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale

• Conduct daily quick counts of store PIDs and reconcile inventory
• Receive bulk shipments, count physically and log in the system
• Replenish displays daily to avoid gaps and maintain stock levels
• Identify damaged or bad inventory and set aside for replenishement or returns
• Ensure handover and receipt of stock from VRX via HOP app
• Highlight any inventory mismatch to the Store Manager
• Follow VM guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene
• Keep SOPs updated daily and adhere to cash/card sale procedures
