Job summary

Lenskart in Sangli district, Maharashtra invites a dedicated Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist them through the shopping journey, explain product features, and help build trust and loyalty.

You will manage inventory, handle daily stock counts, replenishment, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries pre- and post-sale, processing shipments, updating the inventory system, reconciling cash and card sales, and

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail operations preferred.
• Ability to assist customers throughout the shopping journey.
• Experience in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Familiarity with store operations and cash reconciliation.

• Ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Receive feedback from customers on services & product.
• Daily inventory counts of store products.
• Receive bulk shipments, count, and update the system.
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps.
• Check damaged/bad inventory and place in designated area.
• Ensure daily handover and receiving products via VRX through HOP app.
• Highlight inventory mismatches to Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Update SOPs daily.
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales.

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale.
