Astronea Wardrobe in Mumbai seeks a Showroom/Store Manager with 3-6 years of experience to oversee operations in Andheri West. You will engage walk-in customers, showcase products, drive conversions, and manage inventory and displays to maintain premium standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years in showroom/store management.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and educate them on Wardrobes, Doors, Wall Panel, Partitions & Cubicles.
• Provide customers with a full product range experience, showcasing benefits and USPs.
• Educate customers on USPs, benchmarking, and value propositions.
• Gather and provide customer leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
• Ensure the sales team follows up with customers to guide them to purchase.
• Introduce and promote new products, highlighting benefits and points of difference.
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets or exceeds targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep and manage product displays.

Job Description Showroom /Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers, making them feel comfortable and educating them on complete product range of Wardrobes, Doors, Wall Panel, Partitions & Cubicles.


• Provide customers with a full product range experience, showcasing the value and benefits of our product range


• Educate customers about the USPs, competition bench-marking, and value propositions


• Gather and provide customer leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion


• Ensure the sales team follows up with customers after their visit, guiding them through to the purchase


• Introduce and promote new products, educating customers on their benefits and unique selling points


• Ensure customer satisfaction meets or exceeds targeted levels.


• Support sales efforts by ensuring targeted customer conversions


• Manage the display of products and provide feedback on product displays


• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep the store.


• Manage inventory, ensuring 100% stock accuracy and timely stock reconciliation


• Ensure revenue generation for different verticals as per defined targets


• Coordinate, collaborate with various stake holders for site visits, material availability & sales closure

Preferred candidate profile

Key Attributes:

• Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end segment sales or preferred in product range of Wardrobes, Doors, Wall Panel, Partitions & Cubicles


• Strong ability to identify and create customer needs, offering tailored solutions


• Ability to generate leads, support sales conversions, and achieve defined sales targets


• Proven track record in brand building and customer relationship management


• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and the sales team
