Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day showroom operations smoothly.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service.
• Monitor sales performance and staff productivity.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability and showroom cleanliness.
• Follow up with customers and develop new customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Factory, Accounts, Dispatch and HR teams.
• Monitor cash, billing and documentation as per company procedures.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and discipline.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
