Job summary

Wallfabrica - Construction & Interior in Bokaro is seeking a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and sales operations at our showroom. You will drive the sales team's performance and own revenue targets.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, mentor a small team, coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth client handovers, and maintain CRM dashboards to report on sales performance. Interiors/home services background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in interiors, furniture, real estate, or home services.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
