Management Trainee / Assistant Chief Delight Officer (ACDO)

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Management Trainee / Assistant Chief Delight Officer (ACDO) to support day-to-day store operations, customer service, inventory management, cash handling, and overall store performance.

The ideal candidate should have prior operations experience, preferably in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, along with good communication and basic accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Store Operations

• Maintain high standards of customer service, store ambience, hygiene, and overall facilities.
• Greet customers, handle queries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
• Support the team in achieving smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Verify received stock against invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Check stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain proper stock levels, supplies, and inventory records.
• Place orders for groceries and other required supplies based on business requirements.
• Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage.

3. Cash & Account Management

• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
• Maintain and reconcile
