Job summary

SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in an on-site role to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and an enjoyable guest experience while assisting with hiring and training of team members.

The role offers growth opportunities and a focus on delivering moments of delightful possibility for our customers, with a supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience.

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
