Job summary

SeaWorld is seeking a guest-focused team member to ensure a great eating experience across venues such as restaurants, carts/kiosks, snack carts, coffee shops, and dessert stations. You will greet guests, inform them about products, recommend items, and support dietary needs.

You will also take orders, handle cash, keep work areas clean, and assist with vending and balance processes. This role suits someone with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand extensively.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather.
• Complete training including ServSafe and RCS Responsible Vendor Training.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Food service and/or theme park experience highly desirable.
