Papa Johns is looking for an Hourly Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team in a dynamic, friendly setting. You will lead by example, ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class service experience and contributing to a positive team culture.

Your role includes training, scheduling, and motivating staff, with opportunities to advance to General Manager and beyond as you develop your leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills are required.
• Nights and weekends are busy; ability and desire to work those shifts.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
