Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking a TM/Line In charge for the frame assembly line in Vadodara. You will manage daily work processes to meet section performance via SDCA & PDCA, lead hourly production monitoring, and drive safety on the line.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4–10 years of experience and have strong knowledge of frame assembly, TPM, IMS, JIT, and industry safety practices. You will report to the Section Head Frame Assembly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-10 years of experience.
• Domain Knowledge of Frame Assembly process.
• Workforce Management experience.
• Familiar with TPM, IMS, JIT, MOST.
• Problem solving approach and adherence to industry safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily shift Production Target through hourly production monitoring, man management and team skill planning.
• Improve Product Quality by strengthening of DWM activities (FTR & MI Pass).
• Achieve Cost targets on shift basis (Rejection Cost).
• Improve Operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM activities on line.
• To improve and Sustain good relations with Team Members and ensure safe work Environment on line.

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of frame assembly and will report to Section Head frame assembly. Your role will be Management of daily work management of vehicle assembly to achieve section performance parameters through SDCA & PDCA approach.
