Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking a Team Manager - Battery Pack Assembly for its plant in India. You will oversee battery pack manufacturing, monitor production plans, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires BE/B.Tech with 3-6 years of Li-Ion battery experience, strong supervision and planning skills, and a focus on process optimization within automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical engineering) with 3-6 Years experience in Li-Ion Batteries production.

Responsibilities

• Production of Battery Pack as per Production Plan.
• Monthly variance monitoring of the targets.
• Regular update on equipment and consumables.
• Create and update Operating procedures and maintain SOPs.
• Maintain product and process quality.

As the Team Manager - Battery Pack Assembly you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Battery Pack Assembly.

The purpose of your role will be to Responsible for Battery Pack Manufacturing at HE6Tas per desired production volume through monitoring work flow and Optimal planning of equipment, raw material, consumable, manpower by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the Battery manufacturing setup

• 1. Production of Battery Pack as per Production Plan
• 2. Monthly variance monitoring of the targets
• 3. Regular update on equipment and consumables
• 4. Create and update Operating procedure and maintain best operating procedure
• 5. Maintain product and process Quality

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical engineering) with 3-6 Years experience in Li-Ion Batteries production
