Job summary

• Facility Management - ensure smooth admin services across the plant.
• Cost Management - monitor admin expenses and optimize spend.
• People Management - lead admin team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Project Management - drive admin projects and improvements.
• Safety Management - ensure compliance and safe work practices.
• System and Process Management - maintain procedures and tools.
• Vendor Management - oversee third-party services and contracts.
• Compliance - adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

As the SH - Admin you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Plant HR Head. The purpose of your role as the SH - Admin is to to lead the delivery of a proactive and customer focused administration related services across the plant, for a seamless functioning of Operations and to provide a delightful Employee experience.
