Job summary

Pluckk is seeking a Night Shift Executive to lead end-to-end Distribution Center operations during the night. You will oversee inbound, inventory, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch processes, ensuring SLAs, productivity, quality, and safety on real-time issues.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse/DC ops, 1–2 years in shift supervision, and familiarity with WMS/OMS and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Night shifts and English proficiency are needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with preference for Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or DC operations (3–6 years).
• Shift/supervisory or floor management experience (1–2 years) preferred.
• Familiarity with perishable inventory, cold-chain, FSSAI, and warehouse SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Plan manpower and monitor productivity, order volumes, and SLAs.
• Ensure quality checks, proper handling, storage, and cold-chain compliance for fresh produce.
• Monitor picking accuracy, packing quality, dispatch readiness, and timely handover.
• Track inventory, shrinkage, wastage, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, 5S, and internal SOPs.
• Prepare shift reports covering OTD%, productivity, wastage, QC rejections, and manpower utilisation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Quality, and last-mile teams.

The role will be responsible for operational SLAs, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, hygiene, and safety while resolving real-time operational challenges.

• Knowledge of perishable inventory, cold-chain, FSSAI, and warehouse SOPs.
• Strong manpower management, SLA tracking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Local language proficiency preferred; working knowledge of English required.
