Job summary

Essar Group in Delhi seeks a Shift Executive to manage day-to-day D2C fulfilment for its FMCG portfolio. You will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL fulfilment and dispatch to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

The role requires 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing or fulfilment, strong inventory and order fulfilment knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and order management systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or fulfilment operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Proficient in Excel and order management systems; able to work with operational reports.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and take end-to-end operational ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and order cancellations.
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage fulfilment through third-party logistics partners.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of Delhi and applicable pan-India orders.
• Track pending orders, delivery exceptions, cancellations, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams.
• Maintain daily inventory, order fulfilment, and dispatch reports.
• Support F&V operations when the category is restarted in Delhi.
• Ensure adherence to defined operational SOPs and service-level expectations.

Role Overview

The role will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL fulfilment, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
