Job summary

Essar in Delhi seeks a Shift Executive to oversee day-to-day D2C fulfilment for Pluckk’s FMCG range, including frozen and ambient products. You will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL fulfilment and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate customer deliveries.

The role requires Excel proficiency, experience with order management systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3-4 years in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or fulfilment operations.
• Proficient in inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
• Comfortable using Excel and order management systems.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and order cancellations.
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage fulfilment through third-party logistics partners.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of Delhi orders and pan-India orders.
• Track pending orders, delivery exceptions, cancellations, and issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams.
• Maintain daily inventory, order fulfilment, and dispatch reports.
• Support F&B operations when the category restarts in Delhi.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and service-level expectations.

Role Overview

The Shift Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day D2C fulfilment operations for Pluckk’s FMCG portfolio in Delhi, covering frozen and ambient products. The role will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL fulfilment, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and order cancellations.
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage fulfilment through third-party logistics partners.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of Delhi and applicable pan-India orders.
• Track pending orders, delivery exceptions, cancellations, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams.
• Maintain daily inventory, order fulfilment, and dispatch reports.
• Support F&V operations when the category is restarted in Delhi.
• Ensure adherence to defined operational SOPs and service-level expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or fulfilment operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Comfortable working with Excel, order management systems, and operational reports.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
