Job summary

JSW Cement in Ballari district seeks a seasoned maintenance professional to manage plant equipment tasks and interdepartmental coordination at the site. The role emphasizes handing over charge from relievers, syncing with departments, and routine equipment inspections.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Roller Press and VRM, and be ready to learn plant processes while following laid-down procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with roller press and VRM is preferred.
• Familiarity with plant equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handing over the charge from the relievers & synchronization of work with other departments
• Routine inspection of the equipments
• Updating of log sheets, check list and other observation regarding plant equipments
• Attending the abnormalities in the plant equipments as well as business process for solutions / resolving the same
• Learning & follow the plants Process, laid down procedures.
• Co ordination with peers of other departments like E&I, safety, Production, commercial etc
• Follow & confirms safety in equipment maintenance as well as in plant operations.
• Reporting to the concerned & job relieving etc.
