Job summary

Unitechgroup is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance engineer in Gurugram to oversee electromechanical systems, ensure statutory compliance, and manage PPM schedules across building services including WTP, firefighting, DG sets, lifts, and cooling towers.

The role requires strong hands-on electrical knowledge, risk assessment capability, and the ability to generate daily reports and maintain accurate PPM schedules for reliable building operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in building electromechanical maintenance.
• Experience in WTP, firefighting, cooling towers, DG sets, lifts/elevators, STP, drainage, UPS, chiller plants is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and PPM practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance of building electromechanical systems.
• Risk assessments and emergency back-up plans.
• Maintain machinery/equipment per PPM schedules.
• Troubleshoot and operate WTP, firefighting systems, cooling towers, DG sets, lifts/elevators.
• Troubleshoot and operate STP, drainage, UPS, battery banks, chiller plants.
• Troubleshoot and operate all types of pumps.
• Manage and operate Building Management System (BMS).
• Check and rectify faults.
• Create and maintain PPM schedules.
• Prepare daily reports.
