Job summary

Recruit CRM in India is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Production Supervisor with 3-8 years experience to oversee production lines, tooling, and quality. You will coordinate manpower, monitor output, and ensure safety and Kaizen practices.

The role involves working with Fiber Laser cutting, Hydraulic Press Brake, and the machine shop, plus costing and material indent processes. Ideal candidates have hands-on shop floor experience and a track record of improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in sheet metal production/operations.
• Ability to monitor production and workflow efficiency.
• Experience in manpower handling and performance assessment.
• Familiarity with 5S/Kaizen practices in manufacturing.

The material flow of Punching, Shearing, Buffering, and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small, medium, large scale, and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area, the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
