Job summary

Digitrix Software LLP is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of software testing and automation expertise. The role focuses on Salesforce testing, QA automation using Selenium and Playwright, and designing robust automated test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.

You will validate functionality and data, manage defects, and contribute to API/integration testing within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute automation test cases using Selenium and Playwright.
• Validate Salesforce functionality, workflows, integrations, and data.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
• Perform API and integration testing where required.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed testing reports.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, QA Automation, Selenium, and Playwright.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, validating Salesforce applications and integrations, identifying defects, and ensuring overall product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and execute automation test cases using Selenium and Playwright.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• 6+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.

• Strong experience in QA Automation.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium.

• Hands-on experience with Playwright.

• Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks.

• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.

• Good understanding of defect management and QA processes.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud testing experience.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.

• Experience with Jira or similar defect-management tools.

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

• Chennai-based candidates preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a Hybrid model.

• Candidates must be available for Full-Time employment.
