Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role focuses on test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and validating Salesforce solutions against business requirements.

Candidates should be proficient in Agile environments with Jira, collaborate with developers and BAs, and own QA deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience in Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers and BAs.
• Hands-on automation testing experience with Leapwork and/or Playwright.
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, design, and execution for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage defects and drive regression testing to ensure business needs are met.
• Own QA deliverables and coordinate with external partners as needed.
• Maintain and enhance automation suites with Leapwork/Playwright.

Role Overview

Looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience in testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and validation of Salesforce solutions against business requirements.

Strong experience in Agile/Jira, collaboration with developers and BAs, and independent ownership of QA deliverables is required. Hands-on experience with Leapwork and/or Playwright automation and maintaining automation/regression suites is highly preferred. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.

Job Summary:

• Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities
• Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites
